Head Coach Mike Parratto is a USA Swimming National Team Coach and the leader of the Riptide staff. Mike is an ASCA Level 5 coach with 36 years of coaching experience. He has positively impacted the lives and swimming careers of thousands of athletes across the country. Coach Parratto is best known for coaching highly-decorated Olympian, Jenny Thompson as well as multiple World Record holder (100/200 meter backstrokes & Women’s 4×100 Medley Relay), Regan Smith.
