For viewing via PowerPoint on the computer. Chapters in Part One include: How to Get Swimmers on Your Team Parental Education Components Program Structure Conducting ‘Fast and Fun’ Mini-Meets for Development Practices in Year One Practices in Year Two Teaching Starts to Young Swimmers Conducting Daily Practices Effective Teachings Skills for the Coach to Master Planning Practices Rules for Modern Coaching Part Two is entirely focused on teaching all four strokes and all turns. It is entirely video-based, embedded in the Power Point. It uses real novice swimmers to make the points taught.
