If age group swimming is the base of success for American Swimming, then 8 and under swimming is the base for the success of age group swimming. As an 8 and under Coach, you are where it starts for American Swimming. Without your professional success, all the rest of your colleagues will face an uphill job to continue the historically great success of American Swimming.
