Sid Cassidy, is the Aquatics Director and Head Coach at the Saint Andrews Prep School in Boca Raton. He has been named “Florida High School Coach of the Year” four times while at Saint Andrews: Boys in 2008, and Girls, 2009, 2012 and 2013. Cassidy shares his experiences, ideas and expertise to coaches in his talk from the 2017 ASCA World Clinic, “Conflicts and Resolutions in Contemporary HS Coaching”. He gives tips on creativity, being thoughtful, and finding a way to stay positive when you are met with challenges, through giving specific examples and solutions that he has found to challenges over the years.
