Coach Dick Shoulberg has represented the United States over 17 times as a coach in international competitions such as the World and Pan Pacific Championships, the Pan American Games, and the Olympic Games. Richard Shoulberg produced eleven Olympians. Shoulberg, the author of a chapter on IM Training for The Swim Coaches Bible, has presented this talk from the 2017 ASCA World Clinic “Coaching the Individual Medley”. Through this talk coaches will have the chance to take a peek inside Coach Shoulberg’s toolbox of tips and techniques on how to effectively coach the individual medley.
