Kim Seaman has years of experience as a Swim Coach for various summer league, school, and USA club teams in the Atlanta area. Having had academic courses in subjects such as sports psychology, bio-mechanics, and physiology, Kim has a strong foundation from which she builds her coaching philosophy and techniques. She has coached swimmers of all ages but has primarily worked with youth swimmers ages 12 years and younger. In her presentation from the 2017 ASCA World Clinic, “Successful Ten and Under Coaching” Seaman lays out her beliefs on how to lay a foundation for younger swimmers through fundamentals, effective teaching, inspiring a love for the sport and preparing the swimmers for their paths ahead.
