Thurs. May 19th 2pm-4pm & 5pm-8pm Coach Charlie Hoolihan will offer a 5-hour ASCA Swimming Strength and Conditioning Specialist (SSCS) workshop. This is a hands-on experience consisting of strength, stability, and injury resilience exercises. The workshop provides a clear understanding of how these exercises relate to swimming performance and enable the transfer of training from gym to pool. (This workshop accompanies the online 12-hour ASCA SSCS full certification course which will be offered to enrollees at a discounted fee of $199).
The Stroke School – Revised & Improved ($70)Fri. May 20th 9am-4pm The ASCA Level 2 Stroke School is designed to help coaches achieve a professional knowledge base for teaching effective technique and proper mechanics and reinforcing healthy progressions at each developmental level in the sport. Our stroke school incorporates step-by-step examples of technique-based skills and progressions. Taught by Russell Mark.
