Station Five -Freestyle Freestyle is crawl stroke with coordinated breathing! Advancement Goal – crawl stroke with breathing for 30 feet, minimum of 4 breaths. Station Five – Freestyle Teaching the individual. Roll to breathe. Head “rolls with the hand” to best side. Teach to breathe to each side…. Demonstration is key! (do it well!) Station Five -Freestyle Working with the group. Do the progression, bob, float, kick, side glide kick, crawl, crawl and breath. Repeat, repeat, repeat. Feedback counts! Repetition required!
